About Us
Tao Fong Shan Foundation Limited was established in 2010 by a Scandinavian mission, Areopagos for localizing Tao Fong Shan. Areopagos previously was called Christian Mission to Buddhists (CMB) which was founded in 1926 and initiated its work in China. Later CMB moved to Tao Fong Shan, Hong Kong in 1930. Today, Tao Fong Shan continues works of inter-religious dialogues, study of religions, and spirituality, etc.
Tao Fong Shan Service Unit as the administration office of Tao Fong Shan Foundation Limited is responsible for the management of Tao Fong Shan properties, rental of facilities, and provision of administrative service for Tao Fong Shan Christian Centre and the Institute of Sino-Christian Studies.
With its heritage buildings as well as its beautiful and tranquil surroundings among lush greenery in proximity to Sha Tin and Tai Wai downtowns within approximate 10 minutes drive, Tao Fong Shan is an ideal place for study and retreats, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We are happy to invite individuals and church groups in Hong Kong and other countries to take advantage of our facilities with prior application.
