Tao Fong Shan Special Traffic Arrangements 🚦 and Notes 📣 during Chung Yeung Festival 2024

During Chung Yeung Festival from 28 September 2024 to 20 October 2024, special traffic arrangement will be enforced in Tao Fong Shan. Temporary traffic signs will be set up on site to direct the public and the temporary road closure and traffic control will be adjusted depending on actual situation. The Police may tow away any vehicles parked illegally near the above locations without prior notice.
Special traffic arrangements are as below:
(i) From 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on 28 and 29 September and 1, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 19 and 20 October 2024, the northern section of To Fung Shan Road from its junction with Pak Lok Path will be closed to all vehicular traffic (except for emergency vehicles and vehicles serving residents and persons working at To Fung Shan).
(ii) From 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on 5, 6, 11, 12 and 13 October 2024, the section of To Fung Shan Road between Chung Ling Road and Pak Lok Path will be converted into one-lane two-way traffic. Pak Lok Path will not open to the public including pedestrians and vehicle during the said period.

For grave sweepers of the Tao Fong Shan Christian Cemetery and visitors of Tao Fong Shan, please note the following:
(1) please avoid driving or taking public transportation to the Cemetery during the period of special traffic arrangements
(2) please take the shuttle bus between Tai Wai and the Cemetery (valid for grave sweepers of the Tao Fong Shan Christian Cemetery only) or by walk
(3) please note all vehicles (except emergency vehicles, vehicles used by Tao Fong Shan residents and staff) can only reach the roundabout at the junction of To Fung Shan Road and Pak Lok Path and need to turn back.
(4) Visitors are recommended to visit Tao Fong Shan by walk from Sha Tin Station through Pai Tau Village and To Fung Shan Road (North)
