工作內容： 1. 協助處理基督教靜修營舍之日常運作（包括客房、活動場地及飯堂） 2. 處理及跟進訂營查詢、申請手續、接待服務及訂購物資等 3. 操作訂營系統，包括處理入機、出發票及收據等 4. 協助整理定期提交的收入列表及工作報告 5. 設置室內及室外活動場地設施及影音設備 6. 執行其他指派的職務 入職要求： 1. 中學畢業，具中英文書寫及口語能力（包括普通話） 2. 兩年或以上工作經驗，具顧客服務經驗者優先 3. 有責任心、能獨立處事、主動、待客有禮熱誠，並有良好溝通技巧，具彈性及團隊溝通協作能力 4. 熟悉使用Microsoft Office (Word, Excel及Outlook)及中英文輸入法 5. 懂基本影音器材操作為佳 薪酬：每月HK$16,000 福利／津貼：年假12 天， 銀行假期，醫療津貼，醫保等 工作地區：沙田大圍 工作時間：五天工作， 依輪休安排， 部份星期六、日及公假霈上班 上班時間8:45am-5:15pm 請繕履歷寄沙田道風山路33號道風山服務處行政部或 admin@tfssu.org 查詢：（852）26944023
